Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a specified courier service at the time of dispatch. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier. Pirate Peptides is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or failure of delivery caused by third-party carriers.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to additional courier charges, which will be quoted at the time of order.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import regulations in their destination country. Pirate Peptides is not responsible for goods that are delayed, seized, or refused by customs authorities.

Where applicable, insured delivery services qualify for replacement or credit in the event of confirmed loss, subject to stock availability and review.
